Joan is also a qualified massage therapist and Master Reiki practitioner who can help you correct those aching, tired muscles and stiff joints with Remedial massage techniques, stretching methods and Reiki energy treatments. 

Joan also has meditation classes once a week for your overall wellbeing and peace of mind.

The health studio runs classes for 1 to 5 people per session, which last for 1 hour. Depending on your needs or physical limitations, the exercise movements can be personalised to suit your individual requirements.
